Customers will have an opportunity to have 4 or 5 hour tour of Helsinki. You will have a full tour of the city with lots of stops for pictures. The tour includes all the main tourist attractions; Sibelius Monument, Olympic Stadium where you can also visit the Olympic Tower to have a beautiful view of the city, the amazing Rock Church, Uspenski Cathedral, Senate Square and Helsinki Cathedral. Everyone will also will have the opportunity to visit the markets downtown for a taste of traditional food. You can visit some of the best cafees in town and shop at the famous designer shops. I will make sure that you have a full experience of the city and make the most of it.

On this tour you will have a unique opportunity to see Helsinki by car and boat. We will start your tour by car and visit the most important tourist attractions; Sibelius park and monument, Olympic stadium and tower, Rock church, Uspenski Cathedral (Russian church), Senate square and the Lutheran Cathedral. This will be followed by a boat cruise thru the beautiful canals for 1h30 minutes. You will see the Suomenlinna sea fortress, archipelago summer cottages and saunas, the fantastic Degerö Canal and Korkeasaari Zoo. You will also have time to explore the markets downtown and taste traditional food.

On this tour you will visit all the main tourist attractions in Helsinki followed by a visit to the open air folk museum Seurasaari. The Seurasaari open air museum was founded in 1909. This beautiful green island is a tranquil oasis in the midst of the city and at the museum the traditional Finnish way of life is displayed in the cottages, farmsteads and manors of the past four centuries that have been relocated from all around Finland.  All the different provinces of Finland are represented in the well preserved old buildings and they give an overall view of the Finnish countryside life from the 18th to the 20th century.

This tour takes 5-6 hours. You will see all the sights in Helsinki with stops at Sibelius monument, Rock Church.  After touring Helsinki we drive 50 km ( about 35 minutes) to the idyllic city of Porvoo, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will have an opportunity to see the beautiful wooden houses by the river. We will stop to visit the cozy little shops in the old town and stop for lunch or coffee there. After a short drive back to Helsinki you will still have time to explore the markets before heading back to the cruise ship.

Finland is well know for the long winter and cold weather during the winter months. I am offering my clientes a unique experience during your visit in Helsinki. At the beginning of the tour we will visit all the most important sights in Helsinki. These include Sibelius monument, Rock Church, Olympic stadium, railway station, Uspenski Cathedral, Senate Square and the Cathedral. After the tour of Helsinki we will drive to visit the Unique Lapland park, where I will be your guide. This indoor park includes the world's only all year round Igloo hotel, a huge ice bar, restaurant and Husky sledge drives. This is a really fun place where you will experience the winter time. A cultural & architectural tour to Tuusula Private tour

7222.jpgThe tour heads to Tuusula, where a large number of Finnish artists settled along the shores of Lake Tuusula at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. One of these artists was the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.  On the road that follows the shore you can still enjoy the historical setting. We will visit Ainola,  the home of Jean Sibelius, which is today a museum. A local guide will give you a tour of the house. Next we will visit Villa Kokkonen, one of the few private houses designed by Alvar Aalto. Villa Kokkonen was designed to be a home as well as a place of work for Alvar Aalto's friend, composer Joonas Kokkonen. We will also visit Halosenniemi, which has served as an idyllic home and studio of painter Pekka Halonen on the cape of  Lake Tuusula.  

All entrance fees are included in the price of the tour.

 

Helsinki & Nuuksio National Park Private tour

First you will have an opportunity to see all the major sights in Helsinki; Sibelius monument, Olympic Stadium, Rock Church, Uspenski Cathedral, Open market, Senate Square and The Cathedral. After the tour of Helsinki we will make our way to the National park of Nuuksio in Espoo, where we will go hiking in the beautiful forest around a lake. You will enjoy the fresh air, peaceful surroundings and of course a picnic in the forest by the camp fire where we will grill traditional Finnish sausages. At the end of the tour you will have the opportunity to have a traditional Finnish sauna followed by a lunch of delicious smoked salmon. If you are travelling with children they will enjoy this refreshing tour too.

Helsinki & LinnanmäkiLinnanmaki Private tour

This is an ideal tour for families with children. First we will visit all the main attractions in Helsinki and then go to visit Linnanmäki, the most popular amusement park in Finland. Speed and fun available for the whole family; rides, games, restaurants and daily shows.

We can also include  a visit to the amazing underwater world of the Helsinki Sea Life centre located next to the park. You will see everything from shrimps to sharks.

Helsinki Tour & Traditional Sauna 

 
This tour will take about 6 hours. We will start to tour the city of Helsinki with stops; Sibelius monument, the Rock Church, Russian Church and have a panoramic view of the city by the sea. We will be booking the sauna for you at the most new and trendy place in Helsinki Löyly this place was open in 2016 and is been the most trendy place to go for a Sauna and have the unique opportunity to even do the real thing that will be swimming on the baltic sea. The Löyly will be providing to all clients shampoo and a fresh towal  is well. For the Sauna you will need to bring your owe swing suit. This tour takes 6-7 hours. We will drive thru the beautiful Finnish countryside to the village of Fiskars. On the way you can see fields, forest and lakes. Fiskars village is known as a centre of Finnish art and design. The architecture of Fiskars differs from other villages in Finland. Built on the banks of two sets of rapids along the Fiskars river, most of the buildings date from the early 19th century and were designed by some of the most famous Finnish architects of the time. There are a variaty of restaurants, cafes, shops and workshops of artisans, including ceramists, glassblowers, blacksmiths and papermakers. The Fiskars ironworks was founded here in 1649 and marked the beginning of the Fiskars corporation that today offers innovative consumer products known for their functionality and cutting-edge design.

This tour will take 8-9 hours. We will drive 90 minutes to the oldest city in Finland. There you will visit the main attractions of the city including the Turku castle and the main cathedral followed by a walk along the river bank. We will also visit the Luostarinmäki Handicrafts museum, where visitors can step 200 years back in time. During the summer season the museum's workshops have craftspeople working there every day.

After the tour of Turku we will take a short drive to the idyllic summer town of Naantali, where the main attractions include Naantali cathedral and the beautiful marina lined with restaurants and cafes. The terraces overlooking the stunning archipelago are a great place to have lunch or coffee. We will also walk around the old town where you can do some shopping. A visit to the summer residence of the President of Finland is also possible, when tours are available.
